Thorough title work

Every transaction starts with a careful title search. We identify unreleased mortgages, judgment liens, easements, gaps in the chain of ownership, and forged or fraudulent deeds before they can derail closing. We work to clear those issues and issue title insurance that protects the owner\'s and lender\'s interests for as long as they hold the property.

Residential and commercial experience

We handle commercial acquisitions, multi-parcel transactions, entity transfers, construction lending, and refinances across jurisdictions. For residential clients, we coordinate purchases, refinances, new construction, and cash closings while keeping agents and loan officers informed.

Natalee has spent twenty-five years in title insurance, mortgage lending, and real estate - which means she has sat on every side of the closing table. She knows what the lender is waiting on, what the agent is hearing from their client, and what the title work will turn up before it turns up.

She operates Stalwart on a simple premise: most closing problems are not complicated, they are just late. A lien nobody searched for. A payoff nobody ordered. A call nobody returned. Twenty-five years of watching those add up shaped a company built to catch them early.

Natalee believes title and settlement services should be about more than simply getting to the closing table. She has built Stalwart around responsiveness, accessibility, and an experience that gives clients and referral partners confidence throughout the entire process. She is also an advocate for educating real estate professionals and consumers about the importance of title insurance and the protection it provides.

With 25 years of experience in the real estate and title industry, Beth brings knowledge, expertise, and dedication to every transaction. She has developed a strong understanding of title examination, real estate closings, title insurance, and the many details that support a smooth and successful transaction.

Beth is known for her attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and ability to navigate complex title and closing issues with professionalism and confidence. She believes thoroughness, communication, and teamwork are essential to exceptional service for clients, lenders, real estate professionals, and business partners.

Outside of work, Beth values time with family and friends, traveling, the outdoors, and the simple things in life. She brings that same personal approach and genuine care to the people she works with every day. For Beth, success is about more than closing a transaction - it is about earning trust, building relationships, and being someone others can count on.

Kristin Kirkwood

VP Account Management / Licensed Notary Public

With more than 20 years in the title and settlement industry, Kristin knows that a successful closing is about more than getting the paperwork right - it is about taking care of the people involved.

As Vice President of Account Management, Kristin works closely with real estate agents and lenders, building lasting relationships and serving as a trusted resource from contract to closing. She understands the importance of being accessible, responsive, and ready to step in when questions or challenges arise.

Kristin is also a Notary Public and personally conducts many of Stalwart's closings. Her friendly, knowledgeable approach helps put buyers and sellers at ease while making sure they understand the documents they are signing and feel confident as they reach the closing table. Her warmth and commitment to service reflect Stalwart's mission to make every closing seamless, personal, and well cared for.
